In The Superior Court for the State Of Washington, in and for the County of King

Welcome to the Website for Petzing et al. v. The Seven Motor Corporation, Proposed Class Action Settlement

You may be eligible for an estimated payment of $2,172.30 from a class action settlement relating to your application for employment with The Seven Motor Corporation.
A King County Superior Court authorized this website.

Applicants for employment Gregory Petzing, Andrew Blatt, Angelo Locicero, Kyle Mitchell, Larry Orr, Leila Vandiver, Lori Mitchell, Peter Corwin, Rune Shelley, and Shannon Spencer (“Plaintiffs” or “Class Representatives”), filed a lawsuit against The Seven Motor Corporation (“Defendant,” and collectively with Plaintiffs, the “Parties”) on behalf of themselves and a class of similarly situated applicants for employment. The lawsuit, Petzing et al. v. The Seven Motor Corporation, Case No. 24-2-26589-9 KNT (the “Lawsuit”) is currently pending in King County Superior Court before Judge Mark Larrañaga. Plaintiffs claimed in the lawsuit that Defendant’s job postings for open positions in Washington did not disclose the wage scale or salary range being offered. Defendant disputes Plaintiffs’ claims and contends it has not violated any law and Plaintiffs’ claims are without merit.

The Court still has to decide whether to approve the settlement. No settlement benefits or payments will be provided unless the Court approves the settlement, and it becomes final.
